Martin “Marty” Rodgers is the office managing director for Washington, D.C. office and the southeast managing director for Health & Public Service. He also serves as the executive director of Accenture’s Nonprofit Practice. Rodgers specializes in strategy and transformation, change and program management, business case development, and IT. Rodgers draws on nearly 20 years of nonprofit experience and serves on numerous D.C.-area boards which include the Greater Washington Board of Trade, The Economic Club of Washington, and the Federal City Council. He also serves on the board of trustees at the University of Notre Dame. Prior to Accenture, Rodgers crafted numerous pieces of legislation ranging from significant amendments in work-study and service-learning to notable laws including the King Holiday and Service Act, National and Community Service Trust Act of 1993, and School-to-Work Opportunities Act of 1993. Rodgers has 25 years of selected board, pro-bono, and staff experiences working with nonprofits such as Teach for America, Junior Achievement, Save the Children, Children’s Defense Fund, Public Allies, Americorps*NCCC, Global Impact, CUSO, and Reading Partners. Rodgers earned a bachelors of arts from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Harvard University. He lives in Falls Church, VA with his wife and three children.
